MAT is a standardized test designed to assess candidates’ aptitude for management education, evaluating skills in language comprehension, mathematical ability, data analysis, critical reasoning, and general awareness. Conducted four times a year (February, May, September, and December), MAT offers three testing modes: Paper-Based Test (PBT), Computer-Based Test (CBT), and Internet-Based Test (IBT). Its moderate difficulty level and widespread acceptance make it a popular choice among MBA aspirants, including working professionals and fresh graduates.
